November 2009 Member of The Devil's Playboys Brett Meadows lost his HEW Championship to Former WWE superstar Chuck Palumbo in the HEW 2009 match of the year at Towerlands Park, Braintree and then 2 days later regained the title in Colchester much to the fans disgust.
HEW at the end of 2009 ended the year with a bang and left everyone wondering what would happen next.. The other Devil's Playboys member Sam Knee shocked the whole wrestling world when he defeated Sweet Saraya after a long 2 year feud in the much publicized Loser Leaves HEW Streetfight then afterwards shook her hand in respect.
January 2010 a new evil force made it's way to HEW, known as London Inc Jet Logan, DKJ and Amazon made there presence felt as they smashed there way through the HEW roster, Commissioner Cox asked them to stop and then they attacked her claiming they would take over HEW when all hope was lost when there seemed there was nobody else to help an unusual group of hero's came to help the company that they Built.... none other than The Devil's Playboys. A huge brawl ensued and a match was made for the 6th year anniversary show Living On A Prayer 6 in March- The Devil's Playboys ( Sam Knee, Brett Meadows and Britani Knight) vs. London Inc (Jet Logan, DKJ and Amazon).
Living On A Prayer 6 left the HEW Fans with controversy they didn't expect when Britani Knight turned on the Playboys hitting Sam Knee with a guitar causing them to lose to The Evil London Inc and then Britani aligned herself with her Father Rowdy Ricky Knight was this a set up all along? Sam Knee and Brett Meadows demanded 2 matches that night for July's Towerlands Revenge at Towerlands Park Braintree : one more match against London Inc this time in a streetfight, to which Commissioner Cox added her own twist by making it for the vacant HEW Tag team belts and then Sam Knee insisted he would pick an opponent for Britani who would take away her HEW Womens Championship.
In May 2010, HEW defeated WAW in Great Yarmouth to become the holders of the very prestigious Inter-fed cup, A very big and proud moment for HEW.
Towerlands Revenge Proved the most successful HEW show to date, the opponent Sam Knee Picked for Britani supprised everyone when it turned out to be the very person he banished from the company the previous December - Sweet Saraya who then defeated her daughter to become the new HEW Womens Champion. On the same Show TNA Superstars Douglas Williams and Brutas Magnus wrestled in matches to the delight of the HEW Faithfull. Then at the end of the night The Devil's Playboys defeated London inc in the Streetfight to become the new HEW Tag Team Champions.
October 30th 2010 Brett Meadows was robbed of his HEW Title when his advertised opponent Alex young was attacked by Rowdy Ricky Knight who then demanded a championship match and then won by cheating with the help of his daughter Britani.
November 2010 The Devil's Playboys have a new challenge this time threatening there tag team title reign in The Football Hooligans, who defeated the Playboys in a non title match at the HEW co promoted with WAW Canvey Island Carnage, The Hooligans want there tag team title shot and they are coming to get it whatever anyone says, can The Devil's Playboys pull the rabbit out of the hat on this one???
2011, Commissioner Cox has had to put her foot down with The Devil's Playboys Sam Knee and Brett Meadows who both have voiced their disgust with the fact that both of there challenges for the HEW Championship have been ignored. Meadows quite rightly should have a rematch against the man who dethroned him of his HEW championship Ricky Knight and because of the bad weather Sam Knee did not get an answer for his challenge for the belt at The Christmas spectacular because the show was cancelled.
Brett Meadows was reported to have used abusive language in the meeting and has been fined for doing so, Sam Knee not only backed up his tag team partners words was severely reprimanded for using the phrase " This wouldn't have happened if I was still in charge"
On February 5th HEW Returns to The Takeley Silver Jubilee Hall for it's annual event New Year Showdown in what is sure to be a blockbuster event.

Then in March HEW Celebrates it's 7th Birthday and is celebrating in style

Friday March 11th HEW returns to the orignal Town it started from at The Harlow Greyhound Stadium. Harlow Essex.
Saturday March 12th HEW comes home to The Takeley Silver Jubilee Hall.
Sunday March 13th HEW co Promotes with WAW at Canvey Island Paddocks, Canvey Island.
